Holistic psychotherapy is an integrative approach that means looking at the whole person, mind, body and spirit, and the connection to emotional, spiritual and physical wellness. As a holistic therapist, I guide you to look at your life from a bird’s eye view, without judgment, gradually learning the art of self-acceptance. You can’t see the picture if you’re inside the frame! My belief is that healing depends on seeing the connectedness in all areas of our lives, from nutrition to relationships, financial health to physical health, spirituality and a sense of connection to self and the world around us. Each part works in unison with the other to support wholeness.
As a psychotherapist, I am able to support you in healing emotional pain and trauma from the past as well as provide tools and education on how to become more aware of patterns and resistances that may hold you back from finding inner peace and acceptance, joy and well-being in the present moment.
